Community comes together for football tournament and fun day for brave six-year-old boy battling cancer
A community came together this weekend to raise money for a brave boy who is battling a rare form of cancer.
Friends and family of Dylan Jeffs packed out Goals in Rowley Regis for a football tournament, fun day and disco on Saturday.
Six-year-old Dylan, from Cradley Heath, is currently undergoing chemotherapy, which will continue until April next year.
The annual George Jackson Memorial Football Tournament was followed by entertainment included bingo, music, food, a bouncy castle and activities for children.
Mother Rachael told the Express & Star: "We had such a wonderful day and night. Thanks to everyone who made it such a memorable event.
