Labour leadership hustings to take place at Dudley Town Hall
A Labour leadership hustings will take place in the Black Country this weekend.
The Daily Mirror-hosted event is due to take place in Dudley Town Hall on Sunday from 11.30am.
It comes after the original event, which was due to take place in February, was cancelled after Keir Starmer cancelled all campaigning while his mother-in-law was in hospital.
The event will include a hustings for the Labour leadership contest between 11.30am and 1pm, followed by a deputy leader hustings between 2pm and 3.30pm.
There will audience questions to the candidates during the event.
Keir Starmer, Rebecca Long-Bailey and Lisa Nandy are vying to succeed Jeremy Corbyn as Labour leader, with the result to be announced on April 4.
Free tickets were still available on Friday with the deadline for registration on Saturday.
