Trams in Birmingham returning to normal after police car blocked lines
Services on the West Midlands Metro in Birmingham are slowly returning to time after police car is blocking the tracks on Broad Street was removed

The earlier incident meant trams were unable to run between Library and Edgbaston Village.
Now the West Midlands Metro twitter feed is reporting trams running every 12 minutes between Wolverhampton and Edgbaston Village.
The post said there may be small delays whilst the service is reformed
