Birmingham's German Christmas market to remain open on Christmas Eve
Birmingham’s Frankfurt Christmas Market will stay open a day longer this year – with majority of its stalls opening on Christmas Eve.
The attraction had been due to close for another year at 9pm on December 23, but instead it will keep running up until 8pm a day later.
And stalls selling an array of goods in Victoria Square and along New Street will open between 10am to 8pm on the Saturday before Christmas.
It will give people an extra day to enjoy the city centre’s festive attractions, which also include the big wheel and ice rink in Centenary Square which will remain open until January 8, except on Christmas Day.
