Collision closes two lanes of M6 causing 40 minute delays
All lanes have been reopened following a collision which caused 40 minute this evening.
Lanes 1 and 2 were closed on the M6 southbound between Junction 7 in Great Barr and Junction 6 A38M due to the collision.
Emergency services attended and were at the scene until around 8.30pm
National Highways West Midlands warned there are currently delays of 10 minutes and approximately one mile of congestion.
The nature of the incident is not yet known.
