Who’s that girl? This eye-catching graffiti has got people talking in Wolverhampton
Green-haired with a dark hat and displaying a pout, she catches the eye of motorists as they drive past.
The girl is among an array of colourful artwork surrounding the former Duke of York pub in Heath Town, Wolverhampton.
Painted onto white hoardings surrounding the site on Wednesfield Road, the art brightens up the landscape.
There is also a growling impression of Marvel superhero The Incredible Hulk as well as an all-blue painting of a man walking his dog.

Ward councillor Milkinder Jaspal said the eye-catching artwork has proved a hit with the community.
“It has helped liven up what would otherwise have been dull fence panels into a local talking point”, he added.
Councillor Jaspal, who is also Wolverhampton council’s cabinet member for governance, said the idea to brighten up the fencing came from the community following fence replacements.
He said: “Originally there was just a fence there but I was contacted by a lot of people saying ‘can you board it up – it doesn’t look nice?’
“I asked the council to board it up then we had problems with a few other fence panels there because of the weather.
“They got replaced and I asked if the panels could be painted but the council said it wasn’t the kind of thing they would do.
“Then somebody in the community came and asked about getting it sprayed. They did it and I think it looks good – I drive past there pretty much every day.
“It has helped tidy up the place and also given people something to talk about.
“I think it has made a difference to the local area and is a bit different, rather than just a plain fence panel.
“It’s quite nice and I think it’s made a difference and certainly improved the area.
“And whoever has done this has got a real talent, they’ve done a really marvellous job and have got serious skill.”
