No new Covid deaths confirmed in region
No new coronavirus deaths have been confirmed in the Black Country, Staffordshire or Birmingham.
It means the total number of Covid deaths in hospitals across the region remains at 7,587.
A further 1,405 people have died after testing positive for coronavirus on care homes in the region.
NHS England confirmed a further three deaths on Monday in the country's hospitals.
The UK death toll has gone up four to 127,609.
A total of 801 people have died at the Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust, 740 at the Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust and 721 at the Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust.
At the Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust a total of 1,714 have died, and at the University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust a total of 1,376 have died.
And 2,610 people have died at the University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust.
A total of 44,683,075 vaccinations have been carried out across England to date – including first and second doses.
In the Midlands, 5,668,212 first doses of the coronavirus vaccine has been administered, while 2,835,151 second doses have been carried out.
The data includes vaccinations carried out between December 8 and May 9.
