31 more Covid deaths at Black Country, Staffordshire and Birmingham hospitals
A further 31 hospital patients have died from coronavirus across the Black Country, Birmingham and Staffordshire.
It means a total of 3,902 people have died in the region's hospitals after contracting Covid-19.
A total of 12 patients died at Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust, which runs Sandwell General and City hospitals, where the death toll now stands at 589.
Three more patients died at Dudley NHS Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust, which runs Russells Hall Hospital, where the death toll rose to 382.

Three more patients also died at the Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust, which runs New Cross and Cannock Chase hospitals, where the total number of deaths rose to 390.
A further seven patients died at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust, which runs County Hospital in Stafford and Royal Stoke University Hospital, taking the coronavirus death toll there to 670.
Six hospital patients died at Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust, which runs Walsall Manor Hospital, bringing the total there to 371.
The death toll at the University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust, which runs Queen Elizabeth, Heartlands, Good Hope and Solihull hospitals, remains at 1,401.
A spokesman for NHS England said: "A further 195 people, who tested positive for the Coronavirus (Covid-19) have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 42,389.
"Patients were aged between 27 and 100 years old. All except two (aged 84 to 90 years old) had known underlying health conditions.
"Date of death ranges from 30 October to 5 December 2020 with the majority being on or after 3 December.
"Their families have been informed."
