Coronavirus cases in Great Bridge double the national average
Council bosses have urged Sandwell residents to take the coronavirus pandemic "seriously" - as a village near Tipton, recorded more than double the national average rate of cases.
Sandwell Council says case numbers in Great Bridge are "very high".
A spokesman for the council said: "The case rate is more than double the national average.
"We need everyone to take this seriously and do what they can to stop the spread of the virus.
