Two more care home residents die from coronavirus in region
Latest government figures show there have been two further coronavirus deaths reported in the last week in care homes in the Black Country and Staffordshire.
There was one death each in care homes in Walsall and Birmingham.
Up until August 21 - the latest figure available - there have been a total of 968 deaths recorded at care homes in the Black Country and Staffordshire since April 10.
In Walsall the total is now 98 deaths recorded and in Birmingham the total is now 193.
In Wolverhampton the figure remains at 70, in Dudley is is 59, in Sandwell 50 residents have died and in Staffordshire 228.
In Worcestershire, one further care home resident has died, taking the total there to 194.
Care home deaths have only been recorded by the Office for National Statistics since April 10, meaning the full figure is likely to be higher.
The total number of people who have died in the region's hospitals from coronavirus remains at 2,561.
