Gluttons, based in Tettenhall Arcade, announced on Sunday it would be shut until further notice.

A Facebook post from the cafe said a member of their team was "feeling unwell with coronavirus symptoms". It is believed the staff member was tested on Sunday.

A statement from Gluttons said: "Good Afternoon to our lovely customers. Due to Covid-19 circumstances Gluttons has had to close until further notice. We apologise for the inconvenience this causes to our customers.

"However, we have come to this conclusion to protect our customers and we look forward to reopening as soon as safely possible.

"We only found out this morning [Sunday] of a team member feeling unwell with coronavirus symptoms and so as precaution, we have temporarily closed straight away.

"All deposits will be honoured and we can rearrange bookings when we reopen.

"We hope you all understand. The Gluttons Team."
