Walsall Gurdwara helps provide hot food service
A leading homeless charity has teamed up with a Walsall-based Gurdwara to provide a hot food service.
The Midlands Langar Seva Society (MLSS) work to provide hot meals and refreshments for homeless and vulnerable people across the country.
It has continued work through the coronavirus pandemic to help the community and is now working with the Guru Nanak Gurdwara in Willenhall to provide a food and drink service.
The MLSS will be providing pre-packed hot meals, fruit, snacks and drinks from the Gurdwara every Thursday and Saturday between 5pm and 6pm at 65-67 Willenhall Road, Willenhall.
The service is free of charge and open to anyone who is struggling due to the pandemic, with full social distancing measures maintained.
