She said: "I’m so glad we’ve been able to continue with classes it means I’ve stayed in touch with my mamas and their little ones and I’m able to give them a little bit of routine and familiarity during this strange time.
"Exercise is great both physically and mentally which is so important at the minute it’s easy to feel isolated and lonely as a new mom at the best of times so whilst in actual lockdown I’d imagine for some they’re really struggling so I hope that the sessions give them some sense of community and support.
"It’s just as much about the giggles too, for the Easter holidays we’re currently having fancy dress fortnight for mamas and little ones and we’ve had some fab pictures of them dressed up and having fun which makes my job even more rewarding knowing I’m bringing a little fun into the mix.
"Being live and with many working from home or isolating it means we’re reaching out to more than just mamas too I’ve had nannies, aunties, big brothers and sisters and even daddies join in so it’s really becoming a family class which we love."
