Wayne Bowring was at work at A & R Vehicle Services, Darlaston Road when he collapsed and went into cardiac arrest. He was working with colleague Brad Wilkes at lunchtime on June 30 away from the main building when the incident happened.

Mr Wilkes quickly alerted first aider Andy Brewer who gave Wayne mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and CPR whilst other colleagues made him comfortable and phoned for an ambulance.

When the paramedics arrived, they said had it not been for the quick reactions of Brad, Andy and other staff, he would not have survived.
