Jamie Fletcher has created YouTube channel Jamie’s Football Chat, which focuses on the mental health side of football

Jamie Fletcher, a web developer at Telford & Wrekin Council, posts videos of discussions about his favourite team, Manchester United, his favourite players past and present, predictions and match reviews on Jamie’s Football Chat.

The 32-year-old from Codsall, who also features submitted football skills videos and invites comment on Twitter, says his focus is on doing something positive and having fun.

“The videos are mainly about football but I also say the videos have helped me,” said Jamie.

“When the first lockdown started it was a difficult time and we were all struggling.

"I was feeling down and wanted to do something about it.

"I found having something to focus on has really helped with my mental health.”
