The NHS Trust's leadership teams were praised for their skills, knowledge and experience.
Trust chief executive Mark Axcell said: "I am immensely proud of the hard work of our staff which is reflected in our rating.
"We have a real focus on providing high quality care for our patients and this report is testament to the commitment and dedication of our staff.
"We know that there is a great deal we can be proud of within this report; however, there is always room for improvement and so I want to heavily encourage staff, patients and carers to continue to share their views so we can continue to improve the services we provide."
