Home Instead Senior Care, which was recently rated outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), provides care in the home for clients in the Black Country.

Julie Williams, owner of Home Instead Dudley, said: "The way in which we operate is unique and allows us to offer a different working environment for our caregivers. For example, we match clients and caregivers – we look for common areas of interest or life experience so that there is an immediate connection.

“Our care visits are of a minimum duration of one hour, ensuring our clients receive the best quality of care while providing our caregivers with high levels of job satisfaction.

"On the back of our recent CQC Outstanding result, we have had an increase in enquiries for people requiring care and we are keen to encourage more local people to consider a career in care. For people with no prior experience we provide a full training programme so any compassionate, reliable people who are interested in working with us should get in touch.”
