Six fire crews needed as severe fire rips through roof
A severe roof fire ripped through a home near a Staffordshire village.

At the peak of the blaze six fire crews were tackling the flames at the home in Pattingham Road, Perton.
Fire engines were despatched from both West Midlands Fire Service and Staffordshire Fire Service following the call at 8.12am today.
Nobody was injured in the blaze.
A spokeswoman for Staffordshire Fire Service, said: "By 11am we had released two of the crews from West Midlands Fire Service and we were continuing to use two jets with firefighters working from height.
"Our crews were having to remove some of the roof tiles. This had been a severe fire in the roof of a two storey detached house."
