MISSING: Dog walkers asked to help in search for Joshua Smith
A man has gone missing from his home in Stone, sparking a police appeal.

Joshua Smith, 27, was last seen at his home in Stone at around 7am yesterday.

Staffordshire Police said they were growing increasingly concerned for his welfare, and were searching nearby woodland and fields.
A spokesman said: "We are therefore appealing for dog walkers in the Stone area to be vigilant and report any possible sightings to police immediately.
He is thin, 5ft 10ins and has blue eyes. He has light hair which is longer on top, a bushy beard and wears glasses. He was last seen wearing a black three-quarter length coat, black work boots and a mustard backpack.
Joshua is originally from the Meir Heath area and also has links to Westport Lake, Hartshill Park and Middleport areas.
