Fury as emergency services race to body in Black Country road to discover dummy with KETCHUP smeared on road
A life-sized dummy left in the middle of a Black Country road has been criticised for wasting emergency services' time as they raced to the scene.

Ketchup was smeared next to the body, which was left in North Road, Tipton at 5.05am on Wednesday in an apparent attempt to recreate the scene of a crash.
The hoaxer's actions have been blasted by police, who dashed to the street alongside colleagues from the ambulance service.
The dummy was dressed in a hoodie, with a jacket and ripped jeans.
Ketchup was splashed next to the head to make it look like blood was pouring from wound.
Chief Inspector Jack Hadley, from West Midlands Police, tweeted a picture of the dummy and criticised whoever had left it for wasting emergency services' time.
He wrote: "Someone has found it funny to place this in the road….had all emergency services racing towards thinking it was a serious incident!"
"Numerous ambulances and police resources, including an armed response vehicle, attended the scene on blue lights."
