Three cars crash on Wolverhampton road

Three cars including a taxi were involved in a crash in Wolverhampton in the early hours of this morning.

There were no serious injuries and no one was trapped as a result of the crash, which happened at 12.54am.

One crew from Bilston fire station and one from Wednesbury fire station attended.

A spokesman for West Midlands Fire Service said: "This was an RTC involving three motor vehicles. No persons were trapped but the driver and two passengers were checked over at the scene.

"Crews made the three vehicles safe."

The firefighters left the scene just before 1.10am.
