Emergency services called to 'explosion' reports
Ambulance and fire crews rushed out to reports of an 'explosion' down a country lane last night - but turned up to find a man who had burnt his hand on his car engine.

Firefighters from Aldridge arrived alongside a paramedic team in Barr Lakes Lane at 5.30am this morning.
They found a man who had burnt his hand on steam after taking off the radiator cap to his engine.
The man received first aid at the scene before the emergency crews left after 20 minutes.
