Biker killed in Coseley tragedy was due to marry

A motorcyclist killed in a crash with a car on a busy main route through the Black Country has been named as a 46-year-old father of five who was due to get married.

Martin Brown died when his black Suzuki GSXR 1000 was in collision with a silver Ford Puma on Birmingham New Road, Coseley.

The tragedy happened at 6.25pm on Tuesday near the junction with Vicarage Road.

"Officers continue to ask any witnesses to contact the Collision Investigation Unit at Perry Barr on 101."
