Car driver dies after collision with lorry
A man died as his car crashed with a lorry near Lichfield.

The man, in his 40s and from the Burntwood area, died after a green Ford Fiesta and the lorry crashed on the A5 between the Muckley roundabout and the village of Wall.
Paramedics treated the driver at the scene but he died after the 11.16am crash yesterday. The stretch of dual carriageway was closed between 11.30am and 2.30pm.
The man's family has been told and is being supported by police family liaison officers.
West Midlands Ambulance service spokesman John Hawker said an ambulance and one paramedic officer went to deal with the accident.
Witnesses are asked to contact the Collision Investigation Unit at Staffordshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 238 of April 7.
