Plans to build a two-storey teaching block at a college in Stourbridge have been approved.

It is the next phase of redevelopment work at King Edward VI College and follows the construction of a £1.3m maths centre, which is due to open in September.

It would be used to bring the college's IT, graphics, dance and drama departments under one roof.

Currently the college has to rent accommodation near to the campus.

There were no objections to the plans.
