600 extra places for three Sandwell primary schools
Three primary schools in Sandwell will benefit from more than 600 places thanks to a government funding boost.

A total of 210 places each are expected to be created at Ferndale Primary School, in Ferndale Avenue, Great Barr, Perryfields Primary on Apsley Road, Oldbury, and St Hubert's Catholic Primary on Wolverhampton Road, Oldbury.
The funding is on top of multi-million pound expansions at a number of primary schools in the borough.
The money is part of an £820 million cash pot being shared out among schools across the country.
