Hednesford Nursery School has received its third consecutive Outstanding Ofsted with Grade 1 in every area.

Headteacher, Miss Christine Wood, said: "To get Outstanding three times is a wonderful achievement and a great credit to the School and all concerned."

The inspector found that the typical viewpoint of parents is "this is such and outstandingly, wonderful place for children to learn".

In particular, the report recognises that children's achievement is excellent, and most children leave the Nursery School with well-above average levels of attainment.

Behaviour was found to be excellent and all children feel extremely safe. The report also found that the quality of teaching is outstanding. The inspector felt that this was a warm and friendly school, providing excellent levels of care, guidance and support.

The report also recognised that the "headteacher provides outstanding leadership and that she is extremely well supported by the staff and governing body".

Overall, the inspector found that the children really benefit from their time at Hednesford Nursery School and get off to a flying start to their education.
