A new academy school has been visited by a Staffordshire MP.
Cannock MP Aidan Burley was given a tour of the Staffordshire University Academy, formerly the Black Valley Technology College in Hednesford, last week to meet the students and see the vision for the future of the academy.
Principal David Evans said there are plans for a £9.7 million investment into the academy.
He also told Mr Burley that the Academy was building on the success of the predecessor school which celebrated another record year of GCSE results in the Summer.
