Police update Walsall on action being taken to tackle anti-social behaviour
Neighbourhood teams in Walsall have been busy over the last week carrying out patrols tackling anti-social behaviour, taking part in community drop-in sessions, working with its StreetWatch teams and attending a Youth Advisory Panel.

The Force's Blakenall team teamed up with it's partners including Safer Travel and National Express to carry out patrols on public transport looking out for any anti-social behaviour (ASB) taking place.
Our Bloxwich team went on patrol with StreetWatch volunteers on The Turnberry Estate where we work together to keep our communities safe and connected.
Last week was #ASBAwarenessWeek with the aim of #MakingCommunitiesSafer so our Darlaston and Bentley neighbourhood officers visited local stores in the Bentley area to reassure staff in regards to ASB.
Darlaston officers also took part in an ASB drop-in session at Darlaston Library where they spoke to members of the public about their issues and concerns.
Our St Matthew’s team carried out patrols in the town centre tackling ASB hotspots and members of our team including Walsall neighbourhood Inspector Pete Poolton and Engagement Consultation Officer Andy Ryan attended a Youth Advisory Panel with students at Walsall College where topics including ASB was discussed.
Our Brownhills team carried out patrols to deter ASB and business crime.
