Family of 17-year-old youth killed in Wolverhampton's West Park facing almost 200-mile round trip to see justice served

A date has been set for the sentencing of the 17-year-old who murdered Harleigh Hepworth in a Wolverhampton park.

Harleigh, who lived in Rugeley, had been visiting Wolverhampton  when his phone was stolen and he was fatally stabbed on the afternoon of his death on March 7.

Following a trial on Monday (November 18) a 17-year-old, who cannot be named due to being under 18, was found guilty of his murder and robbery.
