Toby Morris-Roe was found to be twice the drink drive limit

Toby Morris-Roe, of Station Road in Stone, Staffordshire, was on a night out in Shrewsbury when the incident occurred on October 6, Telford Magistrates heard on Tuesday.

Hannah Baddley prosecuting said Morris-Roe was seen on town centre CCTV in his Suzuki Jeep "driving all over the place" in Smithfield Road on the night in question.

"He had mounted the pavement and went the wrong way down a one way road. CCTV saw him stop by the bus station, where a female occupant got in. He then parked the car near a pub and both parties get into a taxi," she said.
