Man denies brandishing imitation firearm and threatening to burn down pub
A man accused of brandishing an imitation handgun and threatening to burn down a pub after a row has denied the allegations.
Brandon Pinson, aged 26, pleaded not guilty to possessing an imitation firearm, namely a black handgun, and also denied to assaulting Ben Holmes when he appeared at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Friday.
The court heard that the case related to incidents at the Shoulder of Mutton in Church Road in Brownhills on August 16.
