Man arrested in Wolverhampton city centre in front of shoppers and schoolchildren

The incident happened at around 5.15pmon Wednesday, on the corner of Bilston Street and Market Street, near the police station.

Crowds gathered as five police officers surrounded the man, who was on the ground.

Moments later, he was put in a marked police van and driven away from the scene.
