Man flouting begging order spat at woman outside McDonald's
A man who continued to beg outside a McDonald's and supermarket, despite being ordered not to, also spat at a woman.
James Husted admitted three charges of failing to comply with a community protection notice and one charge of common assault when he appeared at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court on Friday.
The 35-year-old was caught sat in a position to beg at the drive-thru of the McDonald's restaurant in Bilston on May 13 and June 7, as well as by the town's Morrisons store on April 5.
