Mother's campaign to stop alleged 'dangerous' dog returning to village where it injured her son in 'horrific' attack

A Featherstone mother has started a campaign and petition to stop a dog who caused serious injuries to her son when he was attacked, being returned to the village.
Donna Lilith is leafleting around the village and has started a Facebook campaign to stop the American Akita coming back after the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) decided the owners could keep the dog with some restrictions.
Her son Kaiser suffered severe wounds to his left hand and right forearm in the attack when he was walking to the shops in Brookhouse Lane, on May 28. The dog was being walked on a lead but pulled towards Kaiser when he saw him and narrowly missed shredding his main nerve.
