Police seek 25-year-old man in connection with harassment and stalking allegations
Police have issued an image of a man who is wanted in connection with allegations of harassment and stalking.
West Midlands Police is looking for Ethan Bell, aged 25, who has links to Dudley.
The force has now issued an appeal and is asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to come forward.
