Man admits obstructing police officers in Shifnal incident
A man has admitted obstructing three police officers in the course of their duty.
Paul Thursfield, aged 56, appeared at Shrewsbury Crown Court following an incident in Shifnal on July 8 this year.
The case was listed at crown court as Thursfield, of Brass Street, Shifnal, was also accused of three counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker. But he pleaded not guilty to those charges and no evidence was offered by the prosecution.
