Huge bill for man convicted of dropping cigarette at Dudley bus stop
A man convicted of dropping a cigarette at a bus stop in Dudley must pay out more than £650.
The case against Tom Murray was proved in his absence at Dudley Magistrates Court on Friday. The 49-year-old had initially pleaded not guilty to depositing litter but failed to appear for his trial.
