Jury shown footage of Black Country men accused of murdering father during fight outside mosque
Four Black Country men are at the centre of a murder trial of a father who was stabbed to death outside a mosque.
Haji Choudhary Rab Nawaz, 52, was found badly injured outside the Jamiah Masjid and Institute in Coventry on the evening of Sunday, October 2, last year. He died in hospital later that night.
Jenaid Mahmood, 19, and Hasham Ali Razaaq, 22, Adam Razaaq, 20, and Hasnian Razaaq, 23, from Long Lane, Halesowen, as well as Mohammed Faisal, 29, from South Road, Handsworth are standing trial for murder and attempted murder at Warwick Crown Court.
The jury has been shown more than 50 CCTV and mobile phone clips of the events leading up to the disorder.
Detective Constable Mark Harrison painstakingly compiled the CCTV footage to create a sequence of events before giving evidence about the footage compiled on Monday.
