Man accused of concealing pair in car to help them get into UK illegally

A man is due to appear in court accused of trying to smuggle two men into the country.

Dalip Singh is due to appear before magistrates on Thursday, where he'll face a charge of doing an act to facilitate the commission of a breach of UK immigration law by a non-UK national.

The 56-year-old of Oaks Drive, Wolverhampton, is accused of transporting to Indian nationals into the country concealed within a Nissan Qashqai in a bid to help them gain illegal entry into the UK.

Singh will appear at Folkestone Magistrates Court this week.
