Police investigating gunshot in Tipton residential street
Police are investigating after a gunshot rang out in Tipton.
A gunshot was heard in Lower Church Lane at 3pm on Saturday and the police were called.
Part of the road was closed off as officers searched for clues. No-one is believed to have been arrested.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "We're investigating after a gunshot was fired in Lower Church Lane, Tipton, shortly after 3pm. We're currently in the early stages of our enquiries but no-one has presented with any injuries."
