Aldridge teenager remanded in custody over terrorism charges after appearing in Westminster Magistrates Court

An Aldridge teenager has been remanded in custody after appearing in Westminster Magistrates Court charged with eight counts under the Terrorism Act and two under the Explosive Substances Act.

Vaughn Conrad John Dolphin was arrested in Cheshire on suspicion of terror offences and possessing explosive substances on June 27.

The 19-year-old appeared in Westminster Magistrates Court today.

Dolphin was remanded in custody and will next appear at the Old Bailey on July 15.
