Wounding allegation case against Cannock man is dropped
The case against a Cannock man accused of a wounding offence has been discontinued.
John Reiko Lee was due to stand trial at Stafford Crown Court on May 9 charged with in relation to an incident in Cannock on November 22 last year.
He faced one count of wounding with intent, one count of assault a person occasioning actual bodily harm, a count of false imprisonment, two counts of assault, and engaging in controlling behaviour.
The case against Lee, 25, of Leacroft End, Lichfield Road, Cannock, has since been dropped after the Crown Prosecution Service offered no evidence.
