Machete, shotgun ammo and cannabis seized from driver in Dudley
A man was caught with a machete, shotgun shells and cannabis after trying to get away from police in the West Midlands.
The man "legged it" from a car in Dudley and was pursued over the weekend, a statement from West Midlands Police traffic officers said.
It said: "This driver legged it from a car in Dudley before being detained for a search.
"We then found he had a small amount of cannabis, a large machete concealed in his trousers and live shotgun cartridges in his coat so he was arrested and the car was seized for no insurance."
