Boy, 13, robbed at knifepoint near bus stop
A 13-year-old boy was robbed at knifepoint by two youths.
The teenage victim was by the bus stop on Birches Road, Codsall, shortly after 5pm on Wednesday, when he was approached by the two males – described as in their mid-teens.
He was then pushed and threatened with a knife – before his jacket and gloves were stolen. The boy was not injured by was left shaken by the ordeal.
Both males were described as in their mid-teens with one described as being white and wearing a black jacket with a white collar, and a blue mask. The second male was described as being black and wearing a black, hooded jacket, with a blue mask.
Detective Constable Farzana Khan from Staffordshire Police said: “This was a very distressing encounter for the victim who was left shaken by the experience.
“We are determined to find those responsible and ask for anyone with any information to get in touch as we carry out our investigation.”
