Man charged with cannabis and weapon possession after Wolverhampton stabbing
A Wolverhampton man has been charged after a man was stabbed in a city street.
The man was injured after reports of a street fight between two men in Lime Street, Wolverhampton, on Tuesday afternoon.
He was treated for minor stab wounds to his neck and leg, and cuts to his face and chest.
West Midlands Police have since confirmed they have charged a local man in connection with the disorder.
A spokesman for the force said: "Sebastian Anderson, 36, of Lime Street, Penn Fields, has been charged with possession of an offensive weapon and having cannabis.
"He has been bailed to appear before Dudley Magistrates Court on January 19.
"Enquiries are continuing."
