Officers from West Midlands Police made the raid on an address on Darleydale Avenue in Old Oscott and discovered a cannabis farm had been set up.

The raid on the evening of December 18 also uncovered 96 cannabis plants, which were seized by officers, and the farm was subsequently dismantled by officers.

A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "Earlier, our Perry Barr WMP team located a cannabis farm on Darleydale Avenue.

"Our team have then dismantled it for them, seizing 96 plants.

"We will continue to disrupt organised crime."
