Man charged with criminal damage and assaulting police officers in Stafford
A man has been charged with criminal damage and assaulting two police officers in Stafford town centre.
Arron Smallman has been charged with criminal damage to an air conditioning unit and wall at a coffee shop in Greengate Street on Saturday.
Smallman, of Burnett Court, in Doxey, is also charged with assaulting two police officers and the theft of a bottle of Armagnac brandy worth £22 from Tesco in Stafford.
