Two men stabbed at Black Country train station
Two men were stabbed at a Black Country train station.
One man was stabbed in the chest while another received a minor cut at The Hawthorns train station, in West Bromwich, on Friday night.
Both victims were taken to hospital but they did not suffer any life-changing or life-threatening injuries.
Police have appealed for any witnesses to come forward.
British Transport Police, which is leading the response, has not announced any arrests.
A spokesman for the force said: "Officers were called to The Hawthorns station at 9.10pm on Friday following reports of a stabbing.
"One man received a minor cut and another man was stabbed in the chest.
"Both were taken to hospital for treatment.
"Thankfully neither received life changing or life threatening injuries.
"Enquiries into the incident are ongoing and any witnesses are asked to contact British Transport Police."
