Moses Christensen was due to make a plea today (MON) but the case was adjourned – he will reappear in court next month for a plea hearing.

The 21-year-old is charged with murdering Richard Hall and possessing a combat-style knife in a public place.

Mr Hall, who was aged 70 and from Perton, was found dead in August on Brown Clee Hill, part of the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty south west of Bridgnorth.

Christensen, of Corser Street, Oldswinford, will appear back at Stafford Crown Court on December 7 to make his plea.

He has been remanded in custody until then.
